About this project
An independent, public-interest project that makes the BC public service directory searchable again after it was removed from public access.
Where the data comes from
The records here come from the BC Government Directory Extract, a dataset the Province published for years under the Open Government Licence, British Columbia. Public access to the directory was restricted in August 2026. The copy used here is an archived snapshot dated 2026-04-09. It contains work-role contact information only, no home addresses or personal contact details.
Accuracy & staleness
This is a fixed April 2026 snapshot. People change roles, join, and leave. Treat every entry as potentially out of date and verify anything important against a current official source.
